Your package price includes one headboard/footboard option for the master bedroom in the Deluxe package with 2 Nightstands, a dresser and mirror for the first Master King bedroom.  Each additional King includes  the Headboard only and a chest instead of Dresser and Mirror.  For upgrade options to include footboards or additional dressers, see below.

Options below marked Master Only must be purchased with the footboard so are available within your package price only as the Master bedroom option, or available for an upgrade cost of $1,600 plus tax assuming space allows.

You may upgrade from a chest to a dresser/mirror combination for additional rooms to the master bedroom for a cost of $650 per room.  You may add an armoire to any bedroom if space allows for an additional cost of $1650 plus tax.

Master ONLY Options ...
The following bedroom sets are not available without footboards and therefor will ONLY fit in the master bedroom.  Some smaller one-story houses are not designed to fit larger furniture so please check with your decorator before committing to a favorite set!

Upgrade Options ...
The following bedroom sets are the largest, most elaborate options available and rooms must be measured to accommodate the following sets.  These sets are not included in the package price, but are available for an upgrade cost.  These bedroom sets would appeal to clients who are decorating the house for themselves and desire some of the highest quality options from our manufacturers - or those wishing to create the feel of a 5-star quality resort.  The upgrade cost for any of the rooms below is $1550 plus tax.  These sets will ONLY fit in the master bedroom of the larger homes (like a Windsor Hills Brentwood)
